Halal goat and lamb

AUR carries 17 goat and lamb cuts. Most are baby goat and baby lamb: whole, half, leg, shoulder, chops and ribs. There are also regular goat ribs and keema, and regular whole lamb, half lamb and lamb keema.

Baby goat and baby lamb are tender and cook quickly, which suits roasts, chops and karahi. Whole and half animals and keema are the usual choice for curries, pulao, qorma and kebabs.

Halal chicken

Choose from 18 chicken cuts: whole birds with or without skin, whole legs, boneless chicken, breast with bone, bone-in and boneless thighs, breast keema, wings and drumsticks.

Pick the chicken your recipe calls for. Hand-cut chicken is cut by hand rather than by machine, and comes boneless whole, boneless cut up and as breast keema. There is also organic boneless chicken, desi (hard) chicken and baby chicken.

Halal beef and veal

Beef comes as boneless steak, T-bone steak, tenderloin, blade steak, roast, ribs, stew meat and pasanda. For South Asian classics there are nihari cuts, both boneless and with bone, and Bihari kabab boti.

Veal is available whole, half or as a mixed pack.

Paya, offal and specialty cuts

Many supermarkets don't carry these. AUR has 24 of them: goat and lamb paya, brain, kidney, liver, heart and tongue, plus beef head, beef tripe, ox tail, cow feet, lamb neck, goat intestine, chicken gizzard and liver, and beef bones for stock.

They are the cuts behind dishes like siri paye, kaleji, maghaz masala and nihari.

Fresh or frozen, delivered the same day

Choose fresh or frozen for each order. Either way, AUR delivers on the same day you order, and there is no minimum order, so a single pound of keema is as welcome as a big order for Eid or a dawat.

Most cuts are sold by the pound, so you can order exactly the amount a recipe needs.
